October 24, 2017 - World Polio Day Dinner
Club members attended a potluck dinner and donated the cost of a dinner to Polio Plus. Local Rotarians raised $1630 at the Potluck. Thanks to the matching funds provided by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Prince Rupert Club achieved $4,890! The cost of one vaccine is 60 cents, so.........$4,890 = 8,150 doses of polio vaccine.
