Guest Speakers - March 28, 2013

March 28, 2013 - Today's guest speaker was Keith Lambourne, the owner/operator of Royal LePage in Prince Rupert.  Having been in Prince Rupert for the past 10 years, Keith was able to talk about the changing real estate business now that several large companies have committed to upgrading and expanding their facilities on the North Coast.   

Currently there is a large inventory of homes for sale, however, Keith anticipates the numbers will drop significantly over the next nine months so house prices should rise based on the lower supply.
