The program was a Meditation on Mindfulness
Did you know that these well-known individuals practice meditation,
Bill Gates, Jerry Seinfeld, Oprah Winfrey, LeBron James, and Lady GaGa?
Mindfulness uses all the senses in a common way.  Can occur while walking or doing something.
Meditation is sustained mindfulness but is motionless and reduces sensory surroundings (especially when first beginning to practice.)  The key is intention.
Thought and Breath = A Partnership
Both can:
  • arise on their own
  • be summoned at will
  • be observed
  • be considered and
  • be modified
You are not equal to your thoughts.
Meditation is a tool to move you from being a spectator or your life to an editor of your life, akin to watching a movie versus editing the movie.
