April 5, 2021 - Scott Farwell - Crest Hotel
Scott gave us an update on the hotel/restaurant industry in Prince Rupert and elsewhere in the province.

A pent-up demand for travel is being experienced and in Prince Rupert that is coupled with strong commercial, corporate, and industrial travel alongside tourism.
Vancouver industry is still low, likely until international travel returns.

The federal Temporary Foreign Worker Program is going to be critical going forward to secure sufficient workforce for the industry.
