Planning Meeting for the BBQ Showdown

Planning meeting on May 14 for “Lost Pines BBQ Showdown”.  We have periodic planning committee meetings for our “Lost Pines BBQ Showdown” which will occur on May 27-28, 2022 (only 19 days left).  Click   https://bastroprotary.com/sitepage/bbq-showdown for more information on this event. The planning committee will meet on Saturday May 14 in a meeting room at the Bastrop Public Library starting at 10:00 am The planning committee meets approximately every other Saturday and participation by many Club members is highly desirable.  There are opportunities now (e.g., planning, auction items, BBQ teams, etc.) as well as at the event.  Participation and support of this event will be valuable for success of this significant event for our Club.
