If you think there's any chance our club may ask you to serve as an officer or on the board in the next two year, then this training is for you!  Please join me on Dec. 7th.

The RLI is a program designed to help train leaders & future leaders of Rotary.  If you are a new member to Rotary, a committee chair, a project leader, club leader/officer, or future leader of a club and/or district, this is a program you should consider.

It improves knowledge and leadership skills of leaders of Rotary clubs and Districts.

The format is a 3 session program designed to have participants share ideas and knowledge with a facilitator leading using questions to stimulate discussions.   You should be prepare to participate and learn from other Rotary leaders.

The sessions will be limited to 20 with priority being given to first come first served but with the understanding that a diversity of clubs might override the 1st come 1st serve where we have multi applicants from the same club.
