- is planning to put a workshop together and so is creating an event: how to alleviate anxiety and stress in the workplace.
- life presents us with the perfect storm through AI:life is speeding up, technology leaves people behind by replacing their jobs, and addiction to hand held devices. This is compounded because we don't talk about anxiety or mental illness.
- Further, people internalize the negative news. Remember, TV news competes for viewers.
- Roy is investigating alternatives to deal with anxiety. What helps:
- meditation
- journalling
- turn off the TV
- exercise
- examine what you can control: not others, your trigger points, your environment.... What do you have control over?
- Watch for more in the future.
