Salvation Army bell ringing with Brookhaven Club

During a strategic planning session of the Rotary Club of North Atlanta, facilitator AG Candace Klein suggested that the RCNA approach the Brookhaven Club for partnering opportunities. Members from the two clubs got together and decided to give it a try. Our first joint project was bell ringing for the Salvation Army at Lenox Mall during the Christmas holiday.

In addition to getting to know Brookhaven club members better, during the two-day volunteering project, we were joined by three of our sponsored Interact Club members from Chamblee Charter High School and a former club member. More joint ventures are being planned.

Darya stopped by to encourage Brookhaven Rotary Club members Bill Smith and Alfonso Martinez, as did Santa’s Senior Elf.
