Vale Steven Peuschel OAM

Alan Sartori  mentored this young man obviously some years ago now when he had cystic fibrosis and had a successful Lung transplant -

Steven spoke at our club to raise awareness about cystic fibrosis and he had set up a trust fund to provide accommodation for families  on the waiting list for transplants.

Alan bought him a suit and helped him make Rotary connections.

Steven also competed  in the New Year Murray Marathon (albeit with a very strong medical and other support team)

He made a lasting impression on many, especially our members of that time.

Murder Raises Funds for Polio Plus

A huge thanks to all our supporters who came to the movie at such short notice.

The movie was great and it was again a good opportunity for catch up and fellowship. Some people got together before the event and some after so making for a good and profitable evening.

Thanks to everyone involved for your great help in setting up and running the Movie Night on the 8th November
Financial results:

60 tickets @ $20  =           $1200.00. That was a full house.
Less Hoyts 60 @ $12  =    $720.00

Profit for End Polio            $480.00
