Todays Meeting
- Happy birthday to Frank Scott on February 22nd!
- Last call for volunteering at the Milton Food Pantry on Saturday- let Pres Randy know if you've got a couple of free hours in the morning.
- Alton Banushi from Milton HS was our SOM today. When the Zoom link from the meeting is available, you can watch his presentation.
- Community Grants application deadline is 2.28. Help to spread the word to deserving organizations!
- SAVE THE DATE: District 6250 Conference will be held April 18-24. District Conferences are an excellent way to learn more about Rotary and get an infusion of passion for all that we accomplish. If you haven't attended before, I highly recommend making time for this virtual conference. Sign up and save the dates.

Marcey Guramatunhu (also know as Mercy while she was here) is a budget analyst for NOAA (14 years). She was our Inbound Exchange student in 1988-89 and resided with Frank and Marty Scott. She worked as a contractor for NOAA until 2015 when she became a naturalized U.S. citizen. She shared memories of her time here and gave us a broad overview of what the 6000 scientists employed by NOAA do to protect and study our planet. Despite some audio issues, you can learn much from her presentation and many were happy to have her return to speak to us!
The Zoom link will be sent via email when available.

Major Donor Recognition
Contributions to the Rotary Foundation are essential to securing and growing Rotary programs throughout the world. RI recognizes donors at various levels to acknowledge and express gratitude for financial support of Rotary International.  Today it was our honor to recognize David and Julie Feingold as Major Donors to Rotary International. While we all wish we could have congratulated them in person, together, our admiration for their generosity was sincere. To learn more about donor recognition levels, go to https://www.rotary.org/en/donate/recognition
