Red Badge and Induction
Today our newest member, Shannon Scheffel, was officially welcomed into Janesville Noon Rotary (as a Club transfer) by her friend Dave Warren. The 2 served Rotary as District Governors at the same time, which you'll hear more about when she introduces herself at an upcoming meeting. We are glad you've joined us, Shannon!
Todays Meeting

- Happy birthday to Amanda and Rick on 5.1, Derek G today, and MaryAnn on 5.4!
- Rotarians reaching a service milestone in May: Lynn G-W 9 years, Janet and Gary B 16 years, and Gary Smith 39 years!
- Our sales of Give Polio the Finger clothing raised over $350 for Polio Plus! A big thank you to Johnathan Locke for the merchandise, Paul and Karl for organizing and promoting, and Dan for donating $ so raffle winners could select something. When these funds are sent to RI, Club donations to Polio Plus will be over $4200 this year to date!
- Thanks to Mick for donating 2 Polio Party packs from the TriCon weekend event to our raffle. We also had an Oak tree in the raffle, given by our District Gov Karen, which will be planted by Liz.
- The weekly drawing of $26 was won by Kurt and $249 JP rolls over.
- Stay tuned for upcoming details of the return of our Supper Club Fellowship and sign up when the opportunity opens up.
- If you're hungry for Pancakes this Saturday, and would like to support Kiwanis in this favorite community fundraiser, see the flier below:
