Missionary work in Honduras
Alice Anderman will share reflections about many of the trips she led to Honduras when she and Dave were pastors in Maine. Her last trip was in 2016 right before she retired from active ministry. Some background: The Maine Conference United Church of Christ partners with the Evangelical United Reformed Church of Honduras Church in work to support local ER churches and communities. Alice will share stories about Medical Mission teams, rebuilding houses after Hurricane Mitch, and other work that churches requested. During her last two trips Mainers and Hondurans took down a church , moved it to a new location where they rebuilt the church together. More about all this on Monday.
