COPA-Community Organizations Promoting the Arts-Fitchburg

While Mike has retired as the UW Marching Band Director he continues to have a positive impact on the Madison community.  Along with Joe Koss, he is now working to raise awareness of COPA, a proposed visual and performing arts facility in Fitchburg. His presentation would be centered on the need for space for both youth and adult programs, and how COPA will serve as a resource for the entire community.
