Earlier\, as Director of Minority Business Development for the Wis consin Department of Commerce\, he helped establish innovative capital pro grams that generated more than $80 million in financing for minority-owned businesses. A Morehead Scholar\, Mr. Wynn earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from the Univers ity of Michigan. He has served on the boards of BetterInvesting\, the Univ ersity of North Carolina General Alumni Association\, and American Players Theatre\, and is the recipient of numerous honors\, including BetterInves ting's George Nicholson Lifetime Achievement Award\, Wisconsin's Financial Literacy Legacy Award\, and the 2026 Wealth Liberator Award.
