The 2017 DTA Conference is coming to Suquamish, WA (May 4-6, 2017) and we are offering Home Hospitality options for attendees.
Home Hospitality is a warm Rotary tradition that offers you a way to get to know fellow Rotarians in our district. We are looking for District 5020 Rotarians, located near Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston and Silverdale to open your homes to host dinner on Friday evening, and in some cases, even provide overnight accommodations for Thursday and Friday.
Two Options for Home Hospitality:
Friday Night Dinner
Available to Rotarians (and guests) attending the conference. Dinners will follow the District Training Sessions and social.  Carpooling arrangements will be made for each host location to get you to and from dinner.  Assignments will be sent to all who register prior to the conference.
Overnight Conference Accommodations and Friday Night Dinner
In addition to the above dinner, the Host will provide in-home accommodations for one or more conference attendees for Thursday and Friday nights. The conference attendees will be responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the host’s home, unless prior arrangements are made. There will be a limited number of Home Hospitality accommodations available and they will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Assignments and information will be sent prior to the conference.
If you would like to volunteer to host Home Hospitality (for either option described above), please contact:
Home Hospitality Chair Cindy Lucarelli at:

The deadline to volunteer to provide Host Hospitality is March 31, 2017.
