Silverdale Rotary once again is helping the Kitsap Fire Fighters Benevolent Fund (KFFBF) provide warm coats for kids.  Every year KFFBF raises funds and teams up with Operation Warm and conducts a Coats for Kids event that outfits entire classes of local grade school children with brand new, made in USA winter coats.
KFFBF President Chris Bigelow (center) and Dan Baker (on left) accepted $1,000 in Duck Bucks from President Elect Rick Soper.  Chris invited our Club members to participate in the giveaway, which will be held sometime in November.  Below is a photo of the 2015 event, where Silverdale Rotarians helped give away coats.  It was an amazing experience!
