Rotary Club of Biloxi Installs New Officers

David Neumann, incoming President, is shown installing officers and board members of the Rotary Club of Biloxi to serve during the 2014-15 Rotary year which runs from July 1 through June 30.

The Biloxi Club was chartered in 1923 and meets at noon each week at Mary Mahoney’s restaurant.
