11 Scholarship Recipients

BILOXI-JUNE 7, 2012, The Gulf Coast Community Foundation announced today $8,500.00 was awarded in scholarships from the Rotary Club of Biloxi Scholarship Fund.
The ROTARY CLUB OF BILOXI SCHOLARSHIP was established in June 1999. This scholarship is funded by the Rotary Club of Biloxi for the purpose of awarding scholarship assistance to a graduating senior of Biloxi High School, St. Patrick Catholic High School or the Mississippi School of Math and Science or home school senior student, registered with the County Attendance Office and who’s parent or legal guardian resides in Biloxi; any graduating senior whose parent is a member of the Rotary Club of Biloxi. Students were evaluated on Academics, Leadership and Community Service and Financial need.
An awards presentation took place at the Rotary Club of Biloxi luncheon meeting at Mary Mahoney’s Old French House on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Each student enjoyed a delicious lunch compliments of the Rotary Club.
