Speaking during the event, Leena Kapadia, the Medical Camp Coordinator said, “The aim of the medical camp is to provide basic quality health services to people who do not have easy access to health care. This camp is maybe the only time that the villagers manage to see a medical doctor or medical specialists, we feel obliged to at least provide them with the relief from basic ailments that they have been suffering for long and refer them to other hospital if any conditions that need attention are diagnosed.”

The Medical Camp was financially supported by Diamond Trust Bank and organized in partnership with the Shree Hindu Mandal Hospital, Vital Supplies, Kidz Care Tanzania, Elite Dental Clinic, Whitedent, Sayona, Ultimate Security, The Living Room Furniture, and vClick Concepts Inc.
