East Bremerton Rotary is beginning to distribute dictionaries to Central Kitsap Elementary Schools grades 3 and 4. We join with the Silverdale Rotary to give a dictionary to each third grade student in Central Kitsap School District. Since we could present any last year we elected to expand the program to grades 3 and 4. In all we plan to present over 800 dictionaries.
