Conflict management and Organizational Psychology

Dr. Christina Hantel-Fraser has multiple degrees:
- BA in Philosophy and Educational Psychology (University of Bonn, Germany),
- Graduate Diploma in American Studies (Smith College, USA) Master of Theological Studies MTS (Harvard),
- Ph.D. (Political Science, University of Bonn).
She studied Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at Harvard Law School, and International Organizations at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She has taught Conflict management and Organizational Psychology at various institutions, including a UN-project in Crimea, Ukraine, the Foreign Ministries of Hungary and Indonesia, and the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa, as well as at universities in Canada, the US, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, the UK (King’s College London 2015), and in various church organizations.
From 2001 until 2011 she was consultant to the Patriarch of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Lubomyr Cardinal Husar. Ever since 1999, she has been a visiting professor for Conflict Management at the Catholic University of Ukraine in Lviv.
She is the author of two books on organizational issues, “No Fixed Address – Life in the Foreign Service”1993 (University of Toronto Press), and “The CCC Family – A Legacy of Value” 1998 (Saqi Books, London and Beirut).
As university lecturer and consultant for international organizations she continues to work in North America and in Europe.
