About Crossroads

Crossroads provides gender-responsive addiction and behavioral health treatment services that allow clients to recover in a safe, supportive environment and develop the skills and strategies necessary to support long-term recovery. There are also programs that address the needs of family members to build healthy families and help everyone deal with the impact of substance use disorders in a constructive way.

Crossroads is a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, is CARF accredited and is committed to providing high quality care to women, men, and families struggling with substance use disorders and mental health disorders

Dr. Mary Anne Roy

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Roy is a licensed psychologist and certified clinical supervisor and received her doctorate in psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.  Her 15-year career in the mental health and addiction field has provided her with the experience and expertise to oversee Crossroads’ outpatient and residential clinical practices at the agency’s four sites.  Dr. Roy often presents throughout the country on gender responsive addiction treatment for women and has presented as a panelist at various conferences on the topic of addiction treatment.

Lesley Rawlings

Director of Development and Communications

As the director of development and communications, Lesley oversees all fundraising efforts of the organization and manages a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan that supports the organization’s vision and goals. Lesley brings 25 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive and over a decade of working in the Boston area as a fundraising professional for the American Cancer Society. Lesley works with individual donors, corporations and foundations in securing philanthropic support with a focus on funding client programs and services. An avid supporter of access to quality care, Lesley is committed to the mission and clients of Crossroads.
