Year End Changeover Gathering - Picnic at the Farm

Weather permitting and through the generousity of Jeannette and Peter Wilford our year end changeober meeting is planned to be in the form of a picnic at the farm. In order to maintain social distancing we are asking those attending to bring along their own food and beverage as well as camp chairs or some other form of seating. Vehicles will be spaced in such a way that you will be able to sit in front of your vehicle while at the same time maintain adequate distancing. Although guests are welcome and encouraged, we can have no more than 50 people in attendance in order to comply with Covid-19 Provincial Health Guidlines. With that in mind, you are asked to register for the event in advance.

As we will be outside and relatively close to the water it is suggested that you dress in layers as it can often become quite cool in the afternoon. You can always remove a layer or two if needed.
