6th Annual Community Grant

   The Rotary Club of Amherst (“RCA”) announced today that it is awarding the sixth Rotary Club of Amherst Community Grant in the amount of $25,000 to Amherst Media.  This grant money will be used to kickoff their fund raising to build a new home.  We have offered it as a matching grant to give them the incentive to find other partners in their endeavor.

   The grant will be awarded at the Club’s weekly lunch meeting at noon on July 20th, 2017 at Bertucci's in Amherst.  

   The impact of this grant is substantial; the mission of Amherst Media will have security in our community as they build their new home. This gift is one more tangible reminder of the good work Rotary is doing in the community.
