Meet Our District Governor

On August 7, 2014, Marshfield Sunrise Rotary welcomed District Governor, Dave Warren, and his wife, Lori, as guests. During his presentation, Dave shared a “Gift of Rotary” story, highlighted August as membership month, and encouraged Rotarians to “have fun!” Dave showed his July District 6250 video newsletter to our members, the first of his monthly productions that can be viewed on the District website or Facebook page.

Dave also announced that this year’s District Conference to be held in Appleton will combine with two other Rotary Districts to celebrate 100 year milestones.  “TRI-CON 2015” will include Rotarians from most of Wisconsin, The U.P. of Michigan, and a small part of both Illinois and Minnesota. More information will be forthcoming, but in the meantime please mark your calendars for May 15-17, 2015. Plan on joining in this celebration where over 1000 Rotarians and guests will “Light Up Rotary” together!
