WHAT CONSTITUTES A MAKE UP?
- Club Board of Directors Meeting
- Club Committee or Sub-Committee Meeting
- District 6250 Sponsored Meeting or Event
- RI Meeting or Committee Meeting
- Participate in Club Fundraisers (ex: Rose Sale Delivery)
- Attending the meeting of another Rotary Club
- RI International Convention
- Participation in Club Community Service Projects
- Attendance at any Club Sponsored Social Event
- Rotary related event that is endorsed by the club
- Participate in Highway Clean Up Project
- Participate in Rotary Winter Wonderland (various duties and responsibilities)
Be sure to include the Name of Meeting Attended; Date of Meeting Attended; and Thursday Morning Meeting Being Made-Up
Attendance make-up credit must be reported within 14 days before or after the missed Thursday meeting.
