Congratulations to the Boogie at the barn organizers. The event yesterday was sold out. I know because several Rotarians including my wife and I got the sold-out message when trying to buy tickets. I guest the early bird getting the worm applies. Good cause and I heard the product was great.

We are going to be dark on the 23rd. and we will meet at Hiwan on Saturday at 5:30 for our changing of the guard. We’ll have heavy Hors d'oeuvres (some day I hope to learn to spell that word without Google).
You would not want to miss honoring the good works of Jimmy, the longest serving president in our club’s history.

This week we must ask you to approve the small dues increase in the new budget. It has been years since we increased the dues, and we are planning on investing in some technology to improve our hybrid meetings.

We are going to do a survey to determine which meetings you most enjoy. That will help us as we thrive to make meetings enjoyable.

I haven’t mentioned in the bulletin how proud we are of Reggie. He currently is studying for the Colorado bar exam.  Way to go, Reggie.

Thanks to those who helped with the highway cleanup. While this project may seem demeaning to some, it is an opportunity to serve. Service above self.

Speaking about serving. It was sad to circulate Maren’s request to sell 50/50 tickets at the Safeway/liquor store and come up empty. It’s easy to sell these tickets and each day that we show up brings in $500. Four times is 2k. Please volunteer for a couple of hours.

Hope to see you all Wednesday.
