It's that time of year when Longmont Rotary "rings the bells" to raise funds for the Salvation Army. We ring bells in a 2 hour shift on the weekends in front of the King Soopers on South Hover. Bells are provided, you only need to bring your jolly self. We collect funds that support those in need in the St. Vrain Valley area. Feel free to be creative with your bell ringing--bring your family, offer some background music, dress in jolly warm attire. Get ready to spice up your February because on the 10th, starting at 6 pm, the Mardi Gras Gala is taking over the Moose Lodge! It's not just an event; it's a party extravaganza that you won't want to miss. Get your groove on with the electrifying tunes of Papamo and the Vipers. Prepare your taste buds for a Cajun feast that will transport you straight to the heart of New Orleans. We're talking about a meal so flavorful, it'll make you do the Mardi Gras mambo right there on the dance floor.
And speaking of dancing, we've got a dance floor that's calling your name. So, slip on your dancing shoes and let the good times roll! But wait, there's more – the Silent Auction is where things get seriously exciting! Bid on some fantastic items and experiences that will make your heart race and your wallet happy.
Why are we throwing this epic bash? It's not just for the beads and boogie – it's a fundraiser that's going to make a real difference in our community.
