Come meet Abigail Woolf the new Director of Membership for the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry to learn about their many programs and services to support our local businesses and community. See you at noon!
I made the following announcement at Thursday’s April 2 meeting:
I am sad to say that April 30, 2015 will be my last day to attend a West Reading/Wyo Rotary meeting I sold my home and will be moving to California on May 16. My plan was to remain in Berks until the end of my term as President but a recent medical issue with my grandson has changed that plan and my son has asked me to please come to California ASAP.
I will not resign as your president since I will only miss 8 meetings and my term is winding down as President Elect Walt Allen is moving forward with his strategic plan to begin on July 1.
Please give me a call 610.914.2404 at anytime if you have questions.
Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to serve as President.
If you have any past copies of The Rotarian magazine sitting around at home, will you please bring them along to the next meeting? We like to share them with new members and guests.
See Dave Meas for your car wash coupons. He will bring them to meetings through the middle of June for your Dads and Grads gift giving needs, OR maybe you just need to stock up for yourself. The cost is $45.00 per book of 5 Exterior Wash coupons. Remember 50% of the proceeds go directly to the club.

District Conference will be in Gettysburg, April 24-26, at the Wyndham Hotel and Conference Center. Rooms are now available on a "first come, first served" basis. Contact the hotel for information. You will also need to register with the District for the conference. See registration form below for all the information for the conference and hotel.
If you'd like to advertise in the Conference Program, an ad rate form is also included below. Your ad will reach hundreds of business owners and upper management Rotarian's within a five county area.
This is a great opportunity to not only learn about Rotary and the many projects and activities of the district and clubs, but to also tour and experience one of the most historic places in America.
Thanks and hope to see you in Gettysburg. Dave Dries, Conference Chair didries@aol.com
