Arboretum Fall Clean-Up Day

The Reading Public Museum’s  award-winning grounds need volunteers “to put the Arboretum to bed for the winter” on Saturday, Nov. 13th, from 9am – noon.

The Museum appreciates us pitching-in to assist in this enormous undertaking (i.e., raking leaves, sweeping, picking up debris, etc.). Please let Gail Landis (gail.landis@comcast.net) know if you can join fellow Rotarians, our Wilson Interact Club and Alvernia Service Students no later than Nov. 5, 2021.

  Gift Cards
We are collecting gift cards for the Children's Home of Reading to pass along to their youth participants for the holidays. $20-25 value each.(Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Target, Walmart, anywhere a teen would shop.)
Bring them to any meeting from now through November or give Carol Mason cash or a check and she will purchase the cards for you. We will give them to Jill B. Troutman, VP Advancement, Marketing & Communications for The Children’s Home of Reading on Dec. 1st when she will share their mission and programs offering mental and behavioral health, and education services to care for at-risk children, youth, and their families.
