Ian who will be graduating from Eastern University this year with an Education major updated us on his academic and athletic pursuits (he is a left handed pitcher for their baseball team and in the choir). Once he graduates he will start his Masters program furthering his education experience.

David Ranck, Ministry Development Assistant, from Life Change Ministries International spoke to us about the programs they have in India and Nepal to reach children and teens by meeting the spiritual and physical aspects during a Christian camp. Joining us this week will be Liz McCauley from the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, Inc. They are always looking for donations so if you would like to bring something from the list on their web site I know she will gladly take it back for the animals.
The Rotary Foundation As we begin a new Rotary year, our Club has set a new goal for our members to contribute a total of $5,500 to The Rotary Foundation and $1,500 to Polio Plus. We are currently at $775.00 donated to Foundation and our Golf Tournament should cover the $1,500 for Polio Plus.
