UPCOMING EVENTS

Save the Date - our annual Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Manor Golf Course. We are still working out the details but hope you can join us.

CAMP NEIDIG: Registration is now officially open for the 2018 Camp Neidig Youth Leadership Program to be held June 15 - 18, 2018 at Camp Manatawny. All forms are available on the website: https://www.campneidig.com/forms--registration.html Contact Carolyne or Nathan for log in and password info.

Rotary Foundation – Want to simplify your giving…enroll online at www.rotary.org/give or grab a form from the check-in table at our weekly meeting. As little as $10/month will contribute significantly to our goal. Remember, if you prefer your contribution be directed to our club’s goal, select Annual Fund-SHARE, Polio Plus Fund or an approved Grant.  We are well on our way to reach our goal of $5,500.00. Questions – contact Marie@EastPointeSG.com or 610-689-9127

Snow Policy - Our regular luncheon meeting will be cancelled if the Wyomissing School District is closed due to the weather. If they are on a delay we will still have our regularly scheduled meeting.

New 50/50 Drawing Format: tickets are $2 each or 3/$5. Two tickets will be pulled each week. The 1st ticket has a chance to draw for the Queen of Hearts to win the pot. If the Queen of Hearts is not drawn then the Queen's Treasure grows each week and the card chosen gets ripped up and thrown away, the 2nd ticket gets the remainder. As always a portion of the drawing goes into the Club's general fund.

Bring a Friend for FREE!!!  - since we are paying to have the whole room (minimum of 35 paid meals) the club is asking us to invite friends / perspective new members / spouses to join us for lunch. The club is paying for the extra meals anyway to ensure we have a pleasant meeting atmosphere thus reducing the noise level we have had to compete with in the past. Take advantage of this offer since it will be for a limited time (duration to be determined).
