One Focus: Ending Polio – Join other Rotarians locally for live streaming.October 24 is the fourth annual World Polio Day event, co-hosted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We’ll be streaming live from CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, to bring together more than 50,000 viewers around the world. We’ll be joined by celebrities and experts to share our progress on the road to polio eradication.
Locally, the Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) Rotaract Club will be sponsoring two viewing locations, one on their Blue Bell Campus and the other at the Pottstown Campus. Please join us as we hear about the progress being made on the road to eradicate Polio. Community members and Rotarians will be welcomed at both locations beginning at5:30 pm with the webcast from 6-7 pm.
