THANK YOU,
Willson Interact Club took the spotlight to share the remarkable service projects they have undertaken this school year during our April 15 meeting.
They introduced their officers, and highlighted activities such as Eggstravaganza (egg hunt for special needs), Blankets of Hope Chili Sale, Reading Public Museum Arboretum Cleanup, mentoring younger students, community caroling, distributed tree saplings at Fall Fest and more. The students in this club demonstrate commitment to service, and graduating seniors will be missed.

Molly McCullough Robbins, Vice President for Philanthropic Services for the Berks County Community Foundation (BCCF) provided insight on their mission to help individuals, families, organizations, and businesses achieve their charitable objectives at the Club's May 6th meeting. The pillars that drive BCCF work align with Rotary’s areas of focus. We look forward to identifying and collaborating on a community need project engaging the West Reading-Wyomissing Rotary Foundation and BCCF resources.

YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAMS
Students of the Month
April 2026
Congratulations April 2026 Students of the Month: Grace Carwll from Wyomissing Area School District, and Andres Torres from Wilson School District. Discovering their interests, school engagements, community contributions, and future goals during our lunch meeting was truly inspiring. Dr Abigail Houck, Acting Principal from Wyomissing Area School District, celebrated these achievements alongside the students. Jill Meade, Youth Service Director, presented the honorees with certificates and awards. Rotary Youth Exchange Request:
Next school year, we will host our next exchange student, from Brazil! We are in need of a host family. This student does not need to be in the Wyomissing school district as we have done in the past. If anyone lives in Wilson or Weiser and is interested in being a host family for our exchange student, we would GREATLY appreciate it.
Unable to host? Please reach out to your contacts, family, friends, friends of friends, and share this exciting opportunity! Please reach out to Caitlin Becker or Carolyne Jordan, we are happy to answer any questions or speak with anyone who is interested.

2026 Multi-District Leadership Summit
What happens at the Rotary Regional Leadership Summit for Peace?
We got more than a conference - we had a transformational leadership experience. The weekend in Gettysburg was a time of connection, learning, and meaningful dialogue. We explored:
➡️ How leadership requires both structure and vision
➡️ The balance of transactional and transformational leadership
➡️ The critical role of communication in driving impact
It was great to meet fellow Rotarians and share impactful stories.
