DESCRIPTION:Berks Community Health Center is Berks County’s Federally Qua
 lified Health Center (FQHC) which serves over 19\,000 patients at three lo
 cations\, and a mobile unit\, annually. Each year their pediatric team set
 s up a Giving Tree during the holiday season. Children are invited to choo
 se an item off this tree during their visit. We are collecting donations t
