This Monday, we will welcome Leslie Crockett from Days for Girls. She will share about this great organization and the difference they are making around the world.
I would also like to begin a supply drive for the organization. I will have a box for Monday and will bring it to our April meetings as well. Let's fill it! They can use these items:
Cotton underwear: girls size 10-12 & Women's 5-7
Packs of thin washcloths - prefer colors
Travel or hotel sized bars of soap
Ziploc brand gallon size freezer bags
Cotton quilting fabric and cotton flannel - dark colored fabrics with geometric, floral or botanical prints to best hide stains
Polyester thread
Gift cards for Joanne Fabrics, Walmart or Amazon so they can purchase additional supplies and fabric for kits
