President Gary announced the 2025-26 Club goals: Membership-20; Service Participation-9 members to participate in service projects; Annual Fund contributions total from Smoky Hill-$4600; Polio Plus contributions-$1000.

Golf Tournament on Friday, August 1st.  We need to have 100 players this year to meet the increased costs for Common Ground.  We held our fees steady for players but need more players to cover the increased costs. The Golf Committee met prior to last meeting. So far we are at about 50 golfers. Registrations are starting to come in so we should be close to our goal of 100 players. The meeting on 7/28 will be about the tournament on 8/1.

Francesco Arezzo, a member of the Rotary Club of Ragusa, Italy, has been selected by the Board of Directors to become Rotary International’s president for 2025-26. Arezzo will become president on 1 July. The 2025-26 presidential message, announced at the 2025 Rotary International Assembly in February, will remain Unite for Good, which calls on Rotary members to be a force for unity in a world increasingly divided by politics, geography, and ideology. Through service projects, Rotary brings together people of every background — across races, religions, and professions — in a shared mission to do good in their communities.
