Smoky Hill Rotarians' IMPACT on everything we do begins with our fundraiser. As Gary Fletcher once told me, service above self begin right here as we raise money for things for other people. Our fundraiser was held on August 6 at Common Ground Golf Course as 60+ golfers, friends and fellow Rotarians got together for a day of great fellowship, golf, food and service. A big thank you to Gary Frisch for all of his work puttiing this together, to all of the volunteers who worked the day of event (Good job, Hugh Radke)and to all of our golfers who showed up on a beautiful day to help us out. Here are a few pictures of t he day.

This is the 25th Anniversary of our Special things For Special Kids program providing clothing for children at Jewell Elementary School. We still need volunteers to help with the shopping, so look at your calendars and let me, Darryl Harvey, know if you can make it. Bring a friend! I will be sending out an email later in the week with more details.

Background- He was an honoree at the Paul Harris Honoree Luncheon in May. He is the Community Education Program Manager with Aurora Fire Rescue. President Linda has worked closely with Eduardo over the past two years on our Epic Day of Service Public Safety Field Day.
