We are temporarily meeting at the Chasco YMCA Board Room (please see the Venue Map). We believe that we will return to the new Round Rock Public Library in February 2023.
We will have our board meeting tomorrow at 11am at the YMCA (NOT AT THE LIBRARY!). The board room is not available at that time so Jeff has offered for us to use his conference room. The conference room is located next to his office/child care center. We can enter through the doors closest to Mays.
The BBQ fundraiser will be the main topic to discuss. If you have any other items for discussion/action, please let me know so I can add them to the agenda.
