We are temporarily meeting at the Chasco YMCA Board Room (please see the Venue Map). We believe that we will return to the new Round Rock Public Library in February 2023.
We are so excited to launch this new FUNdraiser for our club. This will be a sanctioned BBQ Cookoff and Event to include live music, raffle, silent auction and more!
We need everyone's help!!
We hope to sell 400+ tickets to the event and have at minimum 25 teams participating. We will need volunteers to help set up, tear down, gather and promote silent auction items, and spread the word! If there's anything that you are interested in please reach out to Charlie Waters or Jessica Mosman to get signed up and looped in. We hope to have marketing materials and online ticket sales up asap! We will share with you as soon as we do!
