What is RYLA? Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where young people can develop leadership skills while having fun and making connections. Rotary District 5870 sponsors Rise Up with RYLA for ~ incoming High School Juniors and Seniors for the 2023-2024 school year at Variety Texas - Peaceable Kingdom in Killeen, TX July 9-14, 2023
