Observations on Israel's West Bank

Tom Helman retired five years ago from a career in social services, most recently after 20 years as the Assistant Director of the Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County.  He first travelled to the Israel/Palestine area in 1981 and returned in May of 2018 with a delegation that included seven Congressional Aides.  Traveling with the aides gave the delegation access to unique experiences.  He will be sharing his observations of the time the delegation spent in the West Bank area.
