Dave has a law enforcement career stretching over thirty years in the Birmingham, England area.  After qualifying for his pension, he has recently joined an organization focused on coordinated law enforcement intelligence data collection on an international basis.  In his spare time he writes articles about the Oakland Raiders for his favorite blog.  Dave and his wife Anita are enjoying a brief holiday here in the Greater Bay Area with their daughters Amira and Isabel.
