The International Rescue Committee helps people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover and regain control of their future.  It responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises and focuses to restore health, safety, education, economic well being and power to the devastated people.

Sead is the Site Manager at the San Jose office and had worked for many years with IRC.  He has extensive and unique experience  with direct client services as well as management.

Kayla is the Community Outreach Specialist for the Immigration Program at the International Rescue Committee in Northern California and serves communities in need, ensuring refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, and immigrants have access to high quality immigration legal services.
