Huff and Puffing to stay in shape and to raise funds for community and world projects                                               .
Once again Rachel created magic with Fitness in the Park. She made sure there was something for everyone, no matter the fitness level. Participants had a choice of four different fitness regimes, all for the cost of a donation.  Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and Core Circuits.  Do one, two, three or all four.  As we worked on our bodies listening to some great music, everyone could feel good not just in body but also in spirit, knowing they were contributing to helping people in their community and around the world with food security, clean water, medicines and education, because this is what Rotary does.
