The Innocence Project of Minnesota (IPMN)

The Innocence Project of Minnesota (IPMN) works to keep the innocent from being convicted and to free people imprisoned for crimes they did not commit. We take on the cases of convicted but innocent people; we educate attorneys and criminal justice professionals on best practices; and we work to reform procedures. IPMN will act in any Minnesota case where clear evidence of innocence is present.

Eileen will speak on the of the IPMN, causes of wrongful convictions, recent victories and a combination of these topics. Based on the success of the Netflix acclaimed series "Making a Murderer," and the podcast Serial, covering the case of Adnan Syed, they have encountered increasing interest in their work, and received very positive evaluations of our speaking engagements.
