Young Professionals between the ages of 18 and 30 have a new opportunity to contribute to the Fairfax County community, develop leadership skills, and make lasting professional connections.

The Rotary Club of Tysons Corner, in conjunction with The Rotary Club of Arlington, is sponsoring the formation of a new Rotaract Club for young professionals in the Northern Virginia area. Rotaract includes a group of young professionals (between the ages of 18 and 30) that work to address a community’s physical and social needs while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service. Like Rotary, the primary goal of Rotaract is to serve and promote the local community.

The next Rotaract meeting will take place on Saturday, March 10th from 1pm – 2pm. The meeting will be held at the second floor conference room of the Arlington Central Library, located at 1015 N. Quincy Street in Arlington, VA.
