Happy Days: Rotary friends enjoy good wine and good company at the "Rotary on the Vine" Spring Wine Gala on March 23. The annual event raises funds for the Club's charitable works and scholarships, and this year was co-sponsored with the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Rotary Club.
