Tysons Corner Rotarians Help Stuff Backpacks for Needy Kids

Bounty of Backpacks: David Danner (left) and Burt Heacock (right) have their hands full at the Fall Backpack Drive sponsored by the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Dept. on Sept. 1 in Alexandria. Many Tysons Corner Rotarians pitched in to help stuff 2,000 backpacks with school supplies, which then were distributed to schools and community groups for the benefit of needy children. The RCTC Foundation provided financial support as well.
