Toys for the Kiddos:  Tysons Rotarian Burt Heacock (left) presents a check to Fairfax County Deputy Fire Chief Willie Bailey, president of Firefighters & Friends to the Rescue, at the Club's holiday dinner at Cafe Oggi in McLean on Dec. 2, 2019.  The firefighters' group sponsors a Christmas toy drive plus a school-supply drive and winter coat drive for needy children in the area.  The Club's Foundation provided checks to nine community groups at this festive holiday event.  Photo by Bill Knopf
